60th Anniversary to the State of Israel
2008 is the 60th years of the State of Israel.
We expect, especially during the summer many ceremonies and events related to this special year. As a consequence many tourists will come to Israel during this period therefore in order to ensure your accommodation try to make hotel reservation as soon as possible.

Get-together Reception
A reception will be held on the evening of the 22nd of June 2008 between 19:00-21:00 at the Tel-Aviv Dan Panorama Hotel.

Gala Dinner
A Gala Dinner for all the conference's attendees will be held on the evening of the 23rd June at 20:00 at the Tel Aviv Dan Panorama Hotel. The Gala Dinner is optional and therefore you are kindly requested to confirm your participation on your Registration Form. The cost of the Dinner is of $60 per person

All registered accompanying persons are invited to join us the Get together Reception
(June 22nd)

Climate and Clothing
In June, the daytime temperatures average 28°C (82F). Night time temperatures average 21°C (70F). Clothing is informal for all occasions.

Visas
All visitors are required to have a valid passport, and for some countries, a visa is required.
For more information please contact your nearest embassy, Consulate or local travel agency well in advance. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required.

Letter of Invitation
The organizers will be pleased to provide a letter of invitation to any pre-registered and paid participant requesting one. It is to be understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the conference to provide any financial support.

Electricity
Electrical equipment in Israel is 220 volt A.C., single phase, 50 cycles. Some appliances require an adapter for the plug that can be purchased locally.
