Please ensure the name of the conference Submariners & your name is indicated on the transfer. Please fax or send by e-mail the bank transfer confirmation. Upon receiving your registration form & fee, Dan Knassim will send you a confirmation letter by regular mail.
It is highly recommended to bring this letter with you to the registration desk upon arrival at the conference.

Bank charges are the responsibility of the customer & should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees.
The charge will be made in US Dollars according to the currency on the day of the transaction.

Cancellation Policy 
Refund of Registration Fees will be made as follows:
Up to 45 days prior to arrival-cancellation charge of $50
Less than 45 days prior to arrival-no refund
