Get together Reception
A reception will be held on the evening of December 6th. The reception will be open to all the overseas attendees and to the international and National Faculty members and Committees. Accompanying Persons: All registered accompanying persons are invited to join us the Get together Reception. (December 6th)

Climate and Clothing
In December, which is autumn, the daytime temperatures average 23°C (76F). Night time temperatures average 18°C (68F).  Clothing is informal for all occasions.

Visas
All visitors are required to have a valid passport, and for some countries, a visa is required.
For more information please contact your nearest Embassy, Consulate or local travel agency well in advance. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required.
