Payment of registration fees can be made via one of the following options:
Option 1: By credit card.

Please make sure the name of the conference ICI 2008 with your name and address indicated on the reverse. If payment is made for more than one person or by companies please make sure all names are indicated and send fully completed registration forms together with a copy of the bank transfer.
Bank charges are the responsibility of the payee and should be paid at source in edition to the registration fees.
Cancellation Policy
Refund of registration fees will be made as follows:
Faxed, electronically mailed or post marked
Prior to September 25, 2009 – full refund less $ 50 handling fees
From September 26, 2009 until November 25, 2008 – 50% refund
After November 26, 2009 – no refund
