Registration & Hospitality Desk
The Registration desk will operate throughout the meeting in the Conventions Center of the hotel at the following hours:
Sunday, December 7th, 2008 16:00-19:30 hrs (at the Hotel Lobby)
Monday, December 8th, 2008 07:30-17:00 hrs (at the Conventions center)
Tuesday, December 9th, 2008 07:30-17:00 hrs (at the Conventions center)

A commercial and professional exhibition will be take place during the meeting, parallel to the Congress hours. 

Get together Reception
A reception will be held on the evening of December 7th between 19:30-21:30 at the David Intercontinental Atrium Lobby West Lounge. The reception will be open to all the overseas attendees and to the international and National Faculty members and Committees. Accompanying Persons: All registered accompanying persons are invited to join us the Get together Reception. (December 7th)

The Cardiovascular Technology Parade is the central theme of this meeting!

Climate and Clothing
In December, which is autumn, the daytime temperatures average 23°C (76F).
Night time temperatures average 18°C (68F).
Clothing is informal for all occasions.

All visitors are required to have a valid passport, and for some countries, a visa is required.
