The official language of the symposium is English.
The Allied Professional and Family Physicians Sessions will be held in Hebrew.

Get-together Reception
A reception will be held on the evening of the 22nd of September between 19:00-21:00 at the Tel-Aviv Dan Panorama Hotel.

Gala Dinner
A Gala Dinner for all the Symposium’s attendees will be held on the evening of the 23rd September at 20:00 at the Tel Aviv Dan Panorama Hotel. The Gala Dinner is optional and therefore you are kindly requested to confirm your participation on your Registration Form. The cost of the Dinner is of $95.

Accompanying Persons
All registered accompanying persons are invited to join us the Get together Reception (September 22nd).

Climate and Clothing
In September, which is early autumn, the daytime temperatures average 27°C (81F). Night time temperatures average 22°C (72F). Clothing is informal for all occasions.

Visas
All visitors are required to have a valid passport, and for some countries, a visa is required.
For more information please contact your nearest embassy, Consulate or local travel agency well in advance. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a visa if required.

Letter of Invitation
The organizers will be pleased to provide a letter of invitation to any pre-registered and paid participant requesting one. It is to be understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential participants raise travel funds or obtain a visa. It is not a commitment on the part of the symposium to provide any financial support.

Electricity
Electrical equipment in Israel is 220 volt A.C., single phase, 50 cycles. Some appliances require an adapter for the plug that can be purchased locally.

Exhibition
