A Junior Suite is a double room with a bathroom interconnecting with a small single room, which has its own shower and toilet.

The 1 bed room executive suite comprises a bed room, salon, bathroom and small kitchenette with microwave oven.
All guests staying in the executive suites are entitled to the free use of the business lounge with its online computers and open light snack bar.

All rates are per room and per night, including Israeli breakfast, service and taxes.
Early reservation is highly recommended.
Prices of accommodation for Israelis are subject to 15.5% V.A.T

Important Notes

• Participants requiring single rooms will be accommodated in double rooms for single  
  occupancy.
  
• Dan Knassim Ltd. shall not be responsible for, and shall be exempt from, all liability in
  respect of any loss, damage, injury, accident, delay or inconvenience to any person, or  
  his/her luggage or any other property, for any reason whatsoever, for any tourist services 
  provided.
  
• Personal travel and health insurance is highly recommended.
  
• Official check-in time for hotels is 14:00 hours and check-out time is noon.

Hotel Deposit
A deposit of one night charge must accompany all requests for accommodation. Full payment for hotel/and or tour must be completed prior to your arrival. With your signature you authorize DAN KNASSIM LTD to charge the above credit card for the balance of your account two weeks prior to your arrival for services ordered.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Cancellation or changes requests must be sent in writing to:

Refund of Accommodation fees will be made as follows:
Up to 90 days prior to arrival - full refund less bank charges
Up to 45 days prior to arrival - full refund (less $50 handling fee)
Up to 30 days or less prior to arrival - No refund 

Transportation/Airport Assistance
Dan Knassim will operate a Welcome Service inside the Arrivals Terminal Hall of Ben-Gurion International Airport for participants who have requested an arrival transfer and who have advised Dan Knassim of their flight details.
Arrival and departure transfers from/to Ben-Gurion International Airport to symposium hotels can be arranged on any day at an additional cost of US$ 65 (up to 6 passengers and their luggage in a van).

Accommodation, tours and other services provided by Dan Knassim are payable (less deposit) before your arrival in Israel.
